采購內容和范圍：祥風風電場生產樓化糞池容積80m3，生活樓裝備污水凈化系統，沉淀池容積12m3，共92m3，需將污水運輸至御道口牧場污水處理廠集中清理，路程25KM。
1. 資質:投標人為中華人民共和國境內依法注冊的企業法人或其它組織，具備完成和保障如期交付承擔招標項目的能力。
采購文件在華潤集團守正電子招標平臺發布，不響應文件提交 （北京時間，若有變化另行通知）。
報價方式：在響應文件提交截止時間前，通過華潤集團守正電子招標平臺提交電子響應文件或報價，逾期提交將被拒收。
