采購(gòu)人：華潤(rùn)新能源(河北)有限公司
采購(gòu)內(nèi)容和范圍：提供八門城風(fēng)電場(chǎng)三年風(fēng)功率預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)及氣象數(shù)據(jù)的軟件升級(jí)、維護(hù)、調(diào)試與故障處理等服務(wù)，具體要求詳見(jiàn)技術(shù)協(xié)議。
1. 資質(zhì):投標(biāo)人為中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)依法注冊(cè)的企業(yè)法人或其它組織，具備完成和保障如期交付承擔(dān)招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的能力。
采購(gòu)文件在華潤(rùn)集團(tuán)守正電子招標(biāo)平臺(tái)發(fā)布，不響應(yīng)文件提交 （北京時(shí)間，若有變化另行通知）。
報(bào)價(jià)方式：在響應(yīng)文件提交截止時(shí)間前，通過(guò)華潤(rùn)集團(tuán)守正電子招標(biāo)平臺(tái)提交電子響應(yīng)文件或報(bào)價(jià)，逾期提交將被拒收。
